Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the apparel is free of makeup, deodorant, or pet hair.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
